Maryna Landman

Maryna Landman is the co-owner and strategist at Alpha Plumbing. She holds a BCom (Law), an LLB (cum laude), and an MBA (cum laude). Beyond her formal qualifications, she is a member of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and a recognised thought leader on sustainability in all its forms: economic, environmental and social. Maryna advocated for the strategic use of innovation and digital technologies to enhance plumbing services, protect customers and safeguard South Africa’s precious water resources.

Maryna is the architect of Alpha’s long-term strategy and the driving force behind its ethos of “Uninterrupted Living”. Rooted in empathy and design thinking, she believes plumbing isn’t just about fixing systems – it’s about designing seamless customer experiences that eliminate stress and restore rhythm..

She champions ESG, compliance and sustainability as core pillars of Alpha’s identity, while bridging strategy, law and operations to ensure growth without compromise. Under her leadership, Alpha Plumbing is as much about people and planet as it is about profit.
